Team Interventions

Based on its needs assessment, Cobalt designs a custom team intervention to bring the team back to full productivity.

This process typically involves:

1. Providing an in depth team analysis through interviews and assessments like the MBTI or the Conflict Styles Inventory
2. Designing a one-day or half-day workshop to address all the team’s issues
3. Conducting the workshop at either an on-site or off-site location.
4. Concluding the workshop with one hour of coaching with the team’s leaders
5. Follow-up coaching with team leaders a month later
