The return on investment to our firm has been threefold: consistency, confidence & efficiency. 

First, we have gone from using a few firm forms and having inconsistent work product to a firm that utilizes all of the same firm forms and producing work that the firm can rely is consistent.

Secondly, we have also really noticed a change when we have to cover desks for vacations or temporary assignments.  The coverage is definitely more seamless, because we now feel more confident in our work product and accuracy is not an issue anymore. 

Lastly, the structure has left our support staff more self-assured and they work more efficiently.  They know where to go to pull the forms and don’t spend wasted time looking for old documents to recreate.
