Templates

Cobalt designs your templates to match the way your work already looks and does not require you follow a "standard" design.  All templates use your current formats and layout. 

We can also design your logo, letterhead, and business cards.

Most offices regularly produce three to five kinds of documents and around ten others often enough to consider the need to automate. In most law firms the ones listed below are usually automated.

Custom global template

Customized toolbars and shortcuts for the type of work support staff in a legal office commonly produce.

Letterhead

Preprinted Stationery
Set up to be used with your preprinted stationery.  Can be designed to use the individual's Outlook Contacts.

AND/OR

Plain Stationery
Designed to print the letterhead with the letter. Can be designed to use the individual's Outlook Contacts.

Often automation to switch between preprinted and plain is used to facilitate sending letters electronically. 

Envelope

Designed to print the return address and logo or to use preprinted envelopes.  May include sender initials and/or billing information. Also includes a macro to print multiple envelopes (using the mailing list at the end of pleading or multiple addresses in a letter.)

Firm Mailing Label

Designed to print the logo, return address, and mailing address. May include the sender's initials and/or billing information. Also includes a macro to print multiple labels (using the mailing list at the end of pleading or multiple addresses in a letter.)

Fax Cover Sheet

Matches the design of the letterhead and can be set up as a fill-in form or as a menu driven template.

Memo

Uses the letterhead as the design and can be set up as a fill-in form or as a menu driven template.

Superior Court Pleading

Set up following Arizona Rules of Court and includes an automated signature block and mailing certificate.

Other pleadings

District Court, City Court, or pleadings for states other than Arizona, etc. These pleadings use the Superior Court design as their base.

Other templates are designed on an hourly basis with a quote based on the samples provided before beginning the work.
