Using our knowledge of legal
automation needs, our modules allow us to customize the skills and
information covered in each class. After interviewing your office
staff to determine their particular needs, we design courses to fit
those needs.
Classes usually run three or four hours.
The prerequisites for each module are included on the list of possible topics.
This training can be delivered on site in your computer training room
OR
at an off-site training room which seats up to twelve students and is available to rent in downtown Phoenix.
Hands-on training is recommended for offices who are going through a major software conversion or whose computer skills are limited.
Users do not have their own computers during the lecture, but rather information is projected from the trainer's laptop in your office's conference room. Floor support can be provided at each person's work station after the "lecture."
Lecture-style training is recommended for offices who have accomplished skills and are self-managed users.
Delivered at the desk of the student, one-on-one training answers individual questions about daily tasks often focusing on customizing the processes that make the employee more productive.
One-on-one training is recommended for key employees or employees charged with a specific, advanced-feature task.
