Training Needs Analysis

Cobalt offers a one-hour, free Training needs analysis.  All of our work begins with a needs analysis because strategic solutions require a good foundation.

Our Training needs analysis includes:

• An introduction to Cobalt and how we do training
• A discussion about your practice and how you do business
• A review of current documents and the process you use to create them
• A survey of your current technology: Software, hardware, and support
• Questions for your end users about what they think they need to know

After the needs analysis, we will submit a proposal outlining the possible solutions addressing your office's particular training needs.
